How do I sign in or recover my account?
Sign in with a password, magic link, passkey, Apple, or Google, and recover a forgotten password or lost strong factor.
Pocketwatch supports password, magic-link, passkey, Apple, and Google sign-in. If you forget your password, request a one-time reset link from the password sign-in screen.
Signing in
- Go to sign in.
- Enter your email, then choose password or magic link, or use a passkey, Apple, or Google.
- If you chose a magic link, open it from your inbox to finish signing in.
If you're locked out
Lost the device with your passkey or authenticator app? Enter the recovery code you saved when you set up secure sign-in, then set up a fresh passkey or authenticator. No recovery code? Choose account recovery from the sign-in page and we'll email you a time-delayed link that restores access.
Save your recovery code somewhere safe - a password manager works well. It is the fastest way back in if you lose your sign-in device.
